HOW MUCH DOES HOME STAGING COST?
Costs vary depending on the size, scope, and listing price of the project. The first step in pricing would be for one of our team members to visit the listing to prepare a bid.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO STAGE A PROPERTY?
Installations are typically done in one day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCED DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Our installation schedule typically books one to two weeks in advance. Once we have an accepted proposal, signed service agreement and a 50% deposit on services, we can secure an installation date.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A REAL ESTATE AGENT IF I DO'N’T HAVE ONE?

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ROOMS KAZA CAN STAGE?
Besides the standard living room(s), dining room(s), bedroom(s), and bathroom(s), we’re equipped to stage offices, outdoor spaces, compact sitting areas, and more. Our pricing is based on the amount and types of rooms you need staged, so if you’re working on a budget, we recommend staging the property’s most key spaces.
WHAT ARE THE MOST VALUABLE/IMPACTFUL ROOMS TO STAGE?
According to the 2021 NAR Home Staging Report, staging the living room was found to be the most important for buyers (46%), and by staging the master bedroom (43%), and staging the kitchen (35%).
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES KAZA ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit and credit card carriers, and we require one of these be on file to be charged on the day of staging.
